It's really odd that you are, it's basically overseasoned steak, but something about the restaurant gives you hope that the overstimulation normally attributed to such a dish will be a great experience, I mean, the restaurant did the other dishes like it so well. You get there, and you see that the Steak au Poivre is on the menu, and you get excited. Let's call it "Steak au Poivre" for no reason in particular. Your family all love the different dishes at this restaurant, but there's one dish in particular you want to try, because this restaurant has done meals like it in the past that you've adored and you think they really could knock it out of the park. You and your family are going to an incredibly fancy restaurant.
